Bad Dog Club

The Bad Dog Club is a club created exclusively for owners of a complete Bad Dog Custom Order guitar.

Access to the club is granted through the serial number engraved on the guitar’s neck plate, which is associated with the name, nickname, or alias of the new owner.

Who Can Be a Member of the Bad Dog Club?

Only customers who have purchased a complete guitar through a Custom Order may be members of the Bad Dog Club.

Each Bad Dog guitar carries a unique serial number, engraved on the neck plate. This serial number is:

  • The membership number

  • The access key to the club

As long as you are the owner of the guitar, you are a member of the Bad Dog Club.

Membership Linked to the Instrument

Club membership is directly linked to ownership of the instrument.

  • If you sell the guitar, you cease to be a club member.

  • If you purchase a Bad Dog guitar on the second-hand market, you may access the Bad Dog Club as the new owner.

To do so, the new owner must:

  • Contact Bad Dog.

  • Inform us that they are the new owner of the instrument.

  • Provide their name and contact details.

  • Request activation of Bad Dog Club access using the neck plate serial number.

Once ownership has been verified:

  • The serial number will be linked to the new owner.

  • The previous owner’s access will be automatically deactivated.

Each Bad Dog guitar can have only one active owner and one active club access at any given time.

  • 50% discount on one annual setup during the first five years from the delivery of the guitar.

  • One setup per year and per instrument.

  • Labor included (shipping and parts not included).

Early Access to Premium Parts

Priority access to selected premium parts before they are released to the public:

  • Special tonewoods

  • Bodies

  • Necks

  • Fingerboards

  • Hardware and electronics

Materials shown to club members are not published simultaneously on the website.

  • Access to exclusive discount vouchers.

  • Special offers on workshop products and services.

Giveaways

Automatic participation in periodic giveaways among Bad Dog Club members:

  • Event tickets

  • Parts and accessories

  • Workshop services

Bad Dog Club members may sell their Bad Dog guitars through the official website:

  • Instruments verified by the workshop

  • Members-only sales channel

  • Greater visibility and trust in the second-hand market
